How to get the discount coupons? 

You will receive our promotions, news and exclusive coupons throughout the year. You can unsubscribe whenever you want!

Where do I enter my discount code?

The discount code you received when subscribing to the newsletter must be entered at the time of purchase in the dedicated space inside the cart. Once the code has been entered, click on the "Apply" button to discount the cart amount. Look at the figure, it is the space indicated by the arrow.

By subscribing to the newsletter we update you on all our special offers and you are entitled to additional discounts on all purchases. It's our way of thanking you for the attention you give us!

I have completed the newsletter subscription, why can't I log in to the site to make my purchase?


Subscribing to the newsletter allows you only to receive our updates on offers and new products.

To make purchases you need to register on the site.

How Does registering on the site work?

Once you have entered the requested data in the registration form, you will be sent a mail with login credentials consisting of username and password.

Use these credentials to access the customer area through the LOGIN (present throughout the site at the top left) or at the time of purchase in the cart.

 

Why are there two different subscriptions per site and newsletter?

With the newsletter inform you about promotions and products, and to subscribe just indicate an email address.

To purchase a product instead, registration is mandatory and it is necessary to provide more detailed information such as address, telephone number, etc. useful for delivery.

I have not received any confirmation email after subscribing to the newsletter or after registering for purchases, what can I do?

If after a few minutes from ' subscription you have not received any notification, try to check that it has not ended up in the "Spam" folder of your email.

DELIVERY

What are the delivery times of the courier?

Delivery times by courier vary from 3 to 4 working days depending on the area. For islands and smaller islands in Italy delivery times can also be 7 days.

Delivery times for each product are indicated in the relative technical sheet that you find on the site.

Delivery times are calculated on working days, excluding public holidays such as Christmas, Easter, summer closures and other national holidays.

We will everything possible to respect the punctuality of the delivery and we will take care of notifying you immediately if the timing should change!

Do you need to receive your order quickly from the courier? Write to us or call us and we will do our best!

Will I receive a notification for the delivery of the order?

Yes, the courier will contact you before delivery by telephone on the number you indicated when ordering.

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

You can change the delivery address no later than 5 days from receiving the payment.

Within 5 days you can also change the product and billing information.

If you order a product ready for delivery, it is not possible to change the address.

How do I change the delivery address?

Send an email to info@progettosedia.com indicating the new shipping address and your number order and we will deliver it to you at the updated address.

What does "delivery to street level" mean?

For "street level delivery" or "standard delivery" we mean that the courier will deliver the products to you ground floor, at the point closest to the entrance that can be reached by the vehicle used for delivery.

Can I request delivery to the floor?

Yes, specify this option when ordering order and the surcharge for delivery to the floor will be applied. The courier will deliver your purchases directly to the entrance of your home or office.

I can require assembly?

Yes, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it for all areas of Italy. If you have this need, write us an email to info@progettosedia.com and we'll do what we can!

What should I do when I receive my order?

At the time of delivery check that the number of the product received is the same as the accompanying note.

Our products are shipped in complete security with Secure Box, a type of packaging that prevents damage and breakage in 99% of cases.

You can contest any damage to the courier by adding the wording "withdrawal subject to damaged packaging" on the appropriate document.

How do I know who is the manufacturer of the article that interests me?

The manufacturer of the article is indicated in all the product sheets with the exception of some imported articles or articles made by artisans locals. Here you can find our products grouped by manufacturer brand.

I have problems viewing the portal, what should I do?

For first try switching browsers and check your internet connection. Our portal is accessible with the main browsers including Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari and also works correctly from Android and IOS devices.

Are the prices already inclusive of VAT?

Yes , all the prices in our product sheets are already inclusive of VAT.

Does the price I see refer to the single product?

The initial price that you see in all the product sheets refers to the single product in its basic version. With the addition of variants and customizations, the final price may vary.

Can I have the physical samples at home?

Yes, at the discretion of the supplier we can send you the single sample.

Can I order a product that I will need in a few month?

Yes, you can order one or more products and schedule their delivery after a few months. Get in touch with our staff for more information.


METHODS OF PAYMENT

What are the methods of payment?

On our portal you can pay in different ways:

  • Bank transfer
  • Card credit card and Paypal
  • Cash on delivery
  • Financing through SOISY SPA

How does the financing work?

Payment in installments is managed by SOISY SPA: the application is started in a time maximum of 5 days. Your order will be processed as soon as the loan is approved.

On which products is it possible to exercise the right of withdrawal?

You have the right of withdrawal on all products on our site with the exception of products outlet and customized products.

To return the product, write us a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or an email to info@progettosedia.com within 14 days from the delivery date.
