First of all, I write these lines to thank our customers for the trust they have given us and are still giving us.
The feeds are exceeding our expectations and every compliment or thank you we receive, makes us feel better. an incredible emotion, as well as the pleasure of supplying furnishing items to a fabulous clientele.
However, this is not the case. must serve as a continuous stimulus to help us improve and perfect our offer, the pre- and post-sales service, the relationship with our customers in a market which, despite the stagnation of the crisis, is still growing; continuously evolving and changing.
From the first moment we have privileged and set up our online shop with Made in Italy products, to give our customers a very wide choice of products and variants, linked to an excellent quality/price ratio, but this sometimes leads to waiting times judged by customers as too long.
I understand and accept this criticism when the product does not have specific or particular customizations, but most of the time our customers have chosen and choose products made with custom finishes, colors, fabrics, sizes on request and an article of this type must follow a precise and meticulous production process with an average delivery of 4 weeks as indicated in the data sheets of various products.
For this reason, we will try to support even more of the products. our customers to avoid leaving them alone after the online purchase, sharing the expectation and remaining even more relaxed; at their disposal.
